  • To assist you with any enquiry, we need to know your Name, your company or organisation and your contacy details, including an email address.
  • We use these details to provide you with the merchandise information you request.
  • We may also use these details to keep you informed of the progress of orders you may have with us.
  • We will use this information for accounting/invoicing purposes once an order has been fulfilled.
  • We may use this information to occasionally notify you of Special Offers or new products that may be of interest to you, unless otherwise advised by yourselves.
  • We will not disclose or sell this information to a third party.

 

How do I go about ordering promotional products?

  • Browse the website to get ideas or
  • CALL US to help you with your requirements, that's what we're here for!
  • We can also send you catalogues as required.
  • Ask for a quote - we will need some basic information of course, such as product, quantity, a copy of your logo/artwork (including the number of colours you want printed).
  • If you accept the quote, we will send you an Order Confirmation for your careful review and acceptance.
  • Email us your Artwork - (refer to the next Section for further details).
  • We will send you a Proof indicating the size and position of your decoration on the specific product. You will need to review this very carefully prior to signing and faxing back to us as your approval.
  • We will keep Artwork for our clients on file for five (5) years, which simplifies the re-ordering process.
  • Job done!!! Now sit back and relax - we will take care of the rest!
  • We will notify you when the goods are ready for despatch.
  • Payment - we generally request COD for all new clients, but after supplying your first order, we automatically place you on a fourteen (14) day account from invoice date.

 

Decoration Methods of Promotional Products

Printing: This is the most popular method. (Printing and Set-Up Costs are calculated by the number of colours required).

  • Screen-printing is done on clothing and some bags.
  • Pad-printing is done on smaller items, such as pens and keyrings.
  • Off-Set and Digital printing are done on mousemats and other items that require a 'full colour' decoration.

 

Embroidery: This cost is calculated by the number of stitches within each embroidery decoration. Set-Up costs apply when a specific logo is prepared for the first time only.

  • Used to decorate headwear, clothing and some bags.

 

Laser Engraving: This cost iscalculated by how long it takes to engrave your logo. A laser beam is used to permanently mark your logo into a metal, wood or leather surface.

  • Used to decorate items such as keyrings, stainless steel mugs, pens and compendiums.

 

Foil Printing: A metallic foil is heated onto a product using a hot "logo'd" stamp.

  • Used to decorate compendiums and other vinyl or leather products, as well as certain types of fridge magnets.

 

Embossing: A hot stamp is applied which brands your logo onto the item, leaving a subtle indentation.

  • Used on some leather and vinyl products.

 

Badging: A metal, rubber or PVC badge of your logo is prepared and then attached to the chosen product.

  • Used mainly on bags and caps.

 

May I have a Sample of the Product?

  • We can provide samples on a sale or return basis for evaluation purposes. After twenty-one (21) days, we will issue an invoice for the samples (if not returned in the condition supplied) at the unit price for the item's quantity.
  • Feel free to visit our Showroom to get a feel for the products that are available. We have an extensive range on display and would be happy to sit with you over a drink and discuss your requirements.

 

How to get your Logo to us (The Artwork Process):

  • Send us your vector artwork as an .EPS file created in PC or Mac, with fonts saved to curves . For Process and Off-Set Printing, plese send a .TIF or Photoshop file with a minimum of 600 dots per inch (dpi).
  • If the above paragraph makes no sense to you, just send us what you have - letterhead, business card, With Compliments slip - or the general idea and we'll help you create something!! We have a complete in-house design facility, so if you need assistance, just ask. We can also work with the following file formats: >JPEG, .BMP, Illustrator, .PDF, Word, Publisher and Photoshop.
  • For anything complex we utilise the services of a Graphic Artist who creates the files required. There is usually a small additional charge for his services, however we are able to give you a general idea of this cost when we understand what you want to achieve.
  • Colour - a colour swatch or PMS colour MUST be supplied if you wish to achieve a particular coloured print or embroidery. We will then match your official colour as closely as possible to that specified

How Long Does it Take?

Lead times vary dependingon a number of things! Locally supplied and decorated items take approximately two (2) to three (3) weeks from the date of FINAL Artwork Approval. Sometimes we source the goods overseas (especially if large quantities are required or to provide you with a 'cost benefit'). This can take as long as three (3) months, however we will advise you of this before you place your Order with us!

URGENT ORDERS - we will always do our best to assist you under these circumstances, so DO CONSULT US, even if your deadline does seem impossible!

  • This Site is provided by Adcall Promotions (Qld) Pty Ltd on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties of any kind as to the content and accuracy. Product availability is not guaranteed!
  • Items illustrated are to show personalisation techniques only and do not imply that they have been supplied to the owners of the particular Trademark. Products depicted with logos are for display purposes only and are not for sale using these Brand Names.
  • All content on this site remains the property of Adcall Promotions (Qld) Pty Ltd. Images of products may be downloaded onto your computer to assist in your internal decision-making process. They may not be reproduced for distribution outside your organisation.
  • All pricing shown is to be treated as a GUIDE only. Confirmation of pricing will be done through an Adcall Promotions official Quotation and subsequent Order Confirmation.
  • The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE for Adcall Promotions (Qld) Pty Ltd shall apply to the exclusion of all others, including any Terms and Conditions of the Customer, whether on the Customer Order Form or otherwise.
  • Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice during the Quotation stage. Once an Order Confirmation is issued to the Customer, and provided this is signed and returned within the date specified on the Order Confirmation, the pricing will be fixed. Should an Order become urgent, Adcall Promotions is happy to oblige, however any extraordinary costs will be passed onto the Customer.
  • Artwork - Please send us your Artwork as an .EPS file created in PC or Mac. We prefer .EPS or .AI files (Version 9), with all "fonts" saved as "paths". For Process and Off-Set Printing, please send a .TIF or Photoshop file, a minimum of 300dpi at 100% of print size. If this is not possible, we can work with .JPEG, Illustrator, .PDF, Word, Photoshop or Publisher files. We may need to use our Graphic Artist to create art files for our clients, which will be charged accordingly.
  • Colour - A Colour Swatch or PMS Colour must be supplied, which we will match as closely as possible to your specified. Colour-matching is difficult to manage and we cannot be held responsible / liable for any colour match that is not exact.
  • Over-runs of up to twenty percent (20%) are considered normal and may occur in the production of some items. We will despatch any over-runs as a complete order and our invoice will reflect this, with those additional charges being payable by the Client.
  • Cancellation - all charges incurred in the production of a cancelled Order will be charged to the Client.
  • Goods and Services Tax - the GST Rate applicable at the time of invoicing will apply to all sales, unless those goods are to be exported or are free / exempt from GST.
  • Payment Terms - All FIRST Orders will be treated on a COD basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. All goods delivered remain the property of Adcall Promotions (Qld) Pty Ltd until the Customer has paid for them in FULL.
  • "Returns" - in general, "Returns" will not be considered, if in our opinion, the goods have been supplied in keeping with our signed Order Confirmation. Claims on 'faulty' goods will be considered within fourteen (14) days from the date of supply only.
  • Delivery - Adcall Promotions will endeavour to deliver within the time specified, however, under no circumstances will we be liable for loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, caused directly or indirectly by the delay or failed delivery.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to this site and the Terms and Conditions within, at any time.
